01. Accounts Officer:
Reconciliation with Suppliers as per Monthly Statement of Accounts
Raise Sales Invoices & Credit Notes through Accounting System
Raise local tax invoices in accordance with legislation, update and process customers VAT exemption information
Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Report, Daily Cash Balance Report, Monthly Job Costing Analysis Reports, Accounts to trial Balance Stage, Fixed Assets Schedules, Balance Sheets Schedules, Supplier Payment Runs
Process Bank/Cash Accounts
Perform Salary Payments; Reconciliation with Suppliers as per Monthly Statement of Accounts

Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Review and process reimbursements
Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets

03. HSE Coordinator
Implement company H&S objectives
Monitor safety issues at ORCA base and at other sites where ORCA employees are working
Advise on training he thinks is necessary to carry out the job safely; advise on environment and site planning he thinks is Necessary to carry out the job safely; advise on general HSE issues
Carry out safety accident\investigation reporting where applicable; carry out site walk a round’s to monitor work is being carried out safely and to monitor the safe use of equipment
Update and monitor Risk assessments, COSHH Assessments, Incident/Accident & Near Miss reports
Attend and hold (when required) safety meetings once a fortnight or at intervals that is appropriate; Prepares all legal documentation as required
